Problem to solve

Users should be able to uninstall Knative.

Proposal

Allow users to uninstall Knative.

• The current disabled Installed button now becomes an Uninstall default button
• Clicking Uninstall presents a confirmation modal to the user to confirm their action.

Modal text:

Uninstall Knative

You are about to uninstall Knative from your cluster. The associated IP and all deployed services will be deleted and cannot be restored.

Uninstalling Knative will also remove Istio from your cluster. This will not effect any other applications.
