Add system notes for when a zoom call was added/removed from an issue

Now that we have the ability to add a zoom call to an issue (based on pasting the zoom URL) in the issue description, it would be a good improvement to add system notes to the issue mentioning that a zoom call was added from this issue or a zoom call was removed from this issue.
