Minor visual issue: double tooltip in Pipelines

Summary

When viewing the list of pipelines, if the pointer is hovering over the profile image of the latest commit's author, two tooltips are displayed (author's username and commit message), with one partially obscuring the other.

Steps to reproduce

1. View the list of pipelines for a project
2. Hover over the profile image in the Commit column
