Secrets cannot be passed on the command line

Passing of Pages secrets was deprecated with issue #208 (closed) and issues a deprecation warning in the Pages logs.

Disallowing the passing of secrets is a breaking change, so should be implemented during the next major release of GitLab (13.0).
