Content has a focus state upon interaction, even though this text is not meant to be interactive.

When it happens: This happens in components only when there are tabs to switch between design and code guidelines that are injected from gitlab-ui.

Why it happens: This is caused by the tabindex that is generated with bootstrap-vue that is used for displaying the tabs.
