Move non secrets out of the secrets file

  I don't like how we are now abusing this file for any configuration...not just secret type of things.

  Perhaps this and a few other items should eventually move out into a different configuration yml construct.

There are some items in the secrets that don't really qualify as secrets. We should move them out into a different construct.
