Deprecate 'screen-full', 'screen-normal', and 'compress' icons

After gitlab!39889 (merged) has merged, the 'screen-full', 'screen-normal', and 'compress' icons can be removed from the SVG library.

They are currently duplicates and were left in place until naming updates could be completed.
