Badge > Add badge in button

Purpose

To help complete the accessibility audit of the badge component in &5664 (closed) all states should be available for testing. There’s no documentation or examples in Pajamas or Figma for when a badge is inside of a button.

Solution

Add designs in Figma (component library), and in GitLab UI.
