Accidentally hovering collapse icon, tooltip covers "Mark as done" button

Problem

Hovering the collapse icon button shows the tooltip, which is helpful, but if you accidentally do this, it still stays open when hovering the tooltip itself

Solution

Hide the tooltip if you're hovering over it. Another words, only show the tooltip when hovering the actual target
