Keep listbox dropdown open when header button is clicked

Follow up from !3462 (comment 1400080167)

Issue

When clicking Select all/deselect all the dropdown automatically closes. This is different from the behavior of clicking individual dropdown items. Not sure if this was intentional or not, but it felt slightly buggy 🤔
