Hide status bar items & activity bar tab if git remote specifically points to GitHub / BitBucket

If any of the git remotes point specifically to GitHub or BitBucket, I think it would be nice to disable the extension for that project. If it is a custom URL or one of the remotes points to GitLab, then it should keep the GitLab extension items present.

For now you can disable the extension for each repo manually by running "Disable Extension (Workspace)" on the Extension, but it would be nice if it is blatant that if a repo is not using GitLab that the things for the extension should be hidden automatically.
