Extend Issues/Epics counter tooltip to include number of open & closed items

Problem

The tooltip currently says how many issues and epics are in the tree. Let's add how many issues/epics are open and closed

Design

• Remove totals from tooltip
• Issues/Epics titles should be #fff and bold
• Counts should be #BABABA and regular font weight
