Clearer Admin User Statistics page breakdown of Total and Active users
Problem to solve
The breakdown of numbers as it stands can be slightly misleading on this page. We could give an indication of Total Users, meaning the combination of Admins, Guests, Reporters, Developers, Maintainers and Owners which in the above scenario equates to 170. It could be a worthwhile affordance to users and be used like "user health check" to help quickly monitor seat allocation.

There are a few edge cases I think it's important to highlight. In some instances, a customer has a special license on Starter / Ultimate whereby we give them a certain amount of Guest (or users without a project/group) for Free. In this case, we show a modified tooltip along with the relevant deductions and calculations in the table.
