Filter Explore Projects by language

Problem

First of all thanks for such a nice product. Currently we can search / explore projects by Trending / Most stars / All and filter by name only. As a developer I am more interested in some particular languages; so it will be great, if there will be filters for language and build status.

Proposal

Build status will be handled in a separate issue. For the project language, add a filter dropdown to choose from a select set of programming languages to filter on.
