Improve UX of Geo admin page

Right now the Geo admin page looks pretty stale and a bit confusing. I think we need additional bits of information:

Clear indication that the node is secondary vs primary
Grey out the ability to remove nodes when logged in a secondary node and viewing this screen
Call out errors clearly (green vs. red icon may not be obvious enough)
