Update Active checkbox component

Problem to solve

Related to issue: #194381 (closed) Currently the Active checkbox is easily overlooked and the user has to save settings / test settings twice. The relate issue mentioned should for the most part solve this. This issue extends upon the related issue by making the Active control visually different from the rest of the form elements, making it standout more and better communicate its function.
