Security Dashboard: update Historical Charts to be backed by 1st class vulns instead of findings

Problem to solve

Currently, the historical charts found on the group level Security Dashboard are driven by the old vulnerability data.

Updating the Filtering #210340 (closed) and Severity counts #210346 (closed) have been split into their own issues for delivery in the Standalone Vulnerability MVC. But we still need to update the source of the historical charts to represent the new First Class Vulnerabilities being introduced as part of &634 (closed).

• Update Historical Charts (Group Level) to pull from the new data model
