Refactor and rename ServiceParams to Integrations::Params

The following discussion from !26454 (merged) should be addressed:

    service_params[:service] looks weird. I see that this is how ServiceParams module was build, so non-blocking comment for this issue. Maybe we need to refactor ServiceParams module to be more solid.
