Properly dismiss the resolution alert on the standalone vulnerability page

We are taking a shortcut with the resolution alert dismissal on the standalone vulnerability page by simply hiding it when it's dismissed. We should make this a bit stickier and dismiss it properly using either an endpoint or a local storage solution.
