Video snapshot instead of download when page open
Description
In any markdown supported pages, video is direct download when page open.
If one Issue includes many video comments, the browser will lack of memory and network bandwidth, even crash in low-profile PC.
Proposal
- Video can take a snapshot instead of direct HTML video tag.
- optional disable auto load video.
