Multi-dismiss standalone vulnerabilities

Users have had the ability to dismiss multiple vulnerability findings from their security dashboards:

We need to re-implement this functionality for standalone vulnerabilities.

Technical Details

In order to reach our MVC goal (ie. find the fastest route to a solution), the backend should add project_fingerprint and create_vulnerability_feedback_dismissal_path to VulnerabilityType.
