Remove temporary "Vulnerability List" item from left-hand nav (under Security & Compliance menu item)

Problem to solve

The addition of the left-hand menu item "Vulnerability List" (under Security & Compliance) was added as a temporary measure to aid in our transition away from displaying findings on our Security Dashboard. Now that the Security Dashboard is backed by Standalone Vulnerabilities this menu item is redundant. Please remove this menu item.

Further details

There is a breadcrumb on the Standalone Vulnerability page that will need to be updated to point to the Security Dashboard page instead of the Vulnerability List page. Including this update in the scope of this issue but please split into its own issue if necessary.

Ensure that this menu item isn't referenced in any documentation instructions or screenshots.
