Batch Dismiss Vulnerabilities

Summary

Currently the code can only dismiss vulnerabilities one at a time, but there can be a large volume of vulnerabilities being dismissed at once

We should batch dismissal of vulnerabilities by updating the GraphQL mutation to handle an array of vulnerabilities for better performance
