Indicate if a user account is a group managed account

Problem

Since we are no longer removing users from groups when a Group Owner enables Group Managed Accounts, it will be hard for Group Owners to see who has converted their account yet and who hasn't.

Proposal

Indicate if a user account is a Group Managed Account in the members list of a Group

We could do this similarly to how we do for SAML and 2FA
