Make inherited group permissions visible like user permissions in subgroups and projects

Problem to solve

As a group or project owner/maintainer, I'd like to see who has access to my projects from other groups, so that I can manage permissions correctly.

Right now I cannot see group permissions inherited from higher groups. This is different than how user permission visibility works so has led to some confusion on if groups have access to resources or not.
