Roadmap is displaying closed sub-epics, when it should only display Open sub-epics

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to the Roadmap
• Ensure "Open Epics" is selected
• Filter by ~"group::portfolio management"
• You will see &2024 (closed) displayed

What is the current bug behavior?

Roadmap is displaying closed Epics, when it should only display Open Epics

What is the expected correct behavior?

We should only return Epics that match the selection and filtering the user provides.
