Roadmap Progress bars not showing proper progress completed

Summary

Roadmap progress bar showing 0% completed for an Epic that has many weighted issues completed.

Steps to reproduce

  • Navigate to the Roadmap
  • Ensure "Open Epics" is selected
  • Filter by ~"group::portfolio management"
  • You will see &2204 (closed) has 0% weight completed, even though 12 of 13 weight has been closed.

What is the current bug behavior?

Progress indication is improperly displayed.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Progress indication should show a % of completed weight.
