Automatically resolve alert when associated issue closes
Problem to solve
Once a responder has solved a problem, the alert should reflect the state of their systems. Resolving an alert indicates to other users and stake holders that the problem has been solved and no longer requires attention. When an associated issue resolves, the linked alerts should also resolve without any additional work from the user.
