Move hide labels option into edit board

Problem to solve

Allowing users to craft and configure their view, but not overloading their board view with these configuration options that could draw focus from the areas they are focusing on.

User experience goal

Users can still hide labels as needed, and will have the benefit of accessing other configuration options all within one modal. This will also allow for better labeling of this option.

• Add Hide labels option to the configuration area within the Edit board modal
• Add help text to this option if needed
• Option is off by default
