Provide ability to mark a requirement as Satisfied

Problem to solve

Users need a way to be able to show that a requirement has been satisfied/completed. In the future, traceability will be able to help automate this process, but there still may be instances where it may not make sense (or be possible) to create a test that verifies a requirement. Providing a manual way to mark a requirement as satisfied can resolve this.

Proposal

Add a checkbox within the edit form, that when checked, provides a status indication in the list view that the requirement has been satisfied/completed.
