Docs: Rename and redirect Pages topics

Problem to solve

For SEO, topics should have a name that includes information about the contents of the file when possible. I recently changed the titles of some topics to have new names. Would be good to update the filenames.

Proposal

I'd like to rename and redirect these four topics:

Title: Create a GitLab Pages website from scratch

• Current name: \user\project\pages\getting_started_part_four.md
• New name: Put in getting started folder, so: \user\project\pages\getting_started\pages_from_scratch.md

Title: Create a Pages website from a forked sample !35175 (merged)

• Current name - \user\project\pages\getting_started\fork_sample_project.md
• New name - \user\project\pages\getting_started\pages_forked_sample_project.md

Title: Create a Pages website by using a CI/CD template !35089 (merged)

• Current name - \user\project\pages\getting_started\new_or_existing_website.md
• New name - \user\project\pages\getting_started\pages_ci_cd_template.md

Title: Create a Pages website from a new project template !35087 (merged)

• Current name - \user\project\pages\getting_started\pages_bundled_template.md
• New name - \user\project\pages\getting_started\pages_new_project_template.md
