Package Registry: UI Polish of the Filter and Sort components on the registry list view.
Problem to solve
When looking at the Package Registry, users can find a large list of packages. We've included two separate components designed to enable the user by giving them control over the sort order of the list plus the ability to filter by package name. Currently, these two buttons are misaligned in size and styling.
