Package Registry - Update the file table in the Package Detail UI
Problem to solve
Currently, the File section of the package detail screen is missing a few details to help keep the page readable and lovable. It is also possibly confusing without a section header which may leave the impression that the files are part of the "Activity" section.

User experience goal
Help improve the readability of the Package Detail UI by enhancing the Files section of the interface.
Proposal
The solution to improve the design is 2 main it's.
- Include a header for the files to clearly indicate what information is included in the table. This will also help improve the overall scanability of the page.
- Similar to the files section in a Repository, we should include iconography that matches the file type (when possible).
