Import Export Button - Is it missing or don't I know where it is?

Problem to solve

I've been invited to a project and need to copy it. I have no idea if it's exportable - and export is a rare enough operation so I don't know where the button might be. So documentation telling me that I might see a button (but not telling me where) depending on someone else's setting just isn't very helpful.
