Service Desk: Annotate external issue authorship when needed
Context: #225281 (comment 371048308)
Currently, externally created Service Desk issues are attributed to the Support Bot. We should modify so that authorship is properly attributed in the issue preamble.
Add "Opened x days ago by some_service_desk_user@example.com via GitLab Support Bot" if there is an external author.
