Fix capitalization on buttons for the pipelines page

On the CI/CD Pipelines page the two buttons use capitalization that is inconsistent with the capitalization in the rest of the product. Pipelines___GitLab_org___GitLab___GitLab

The buttons should read "Run pipeline" and "CI lint".

On the Jobs page, the button is correctly labeled "CI lint".
