Delete packages from your Group-level Package Registry view

Problem to solve

As a Group Admin, when I am looking to clear up storage space for my group, I need the ability to delete many packages at once, so that I can quickly free up space and get back to more exciting things.

Right now, packages can not be deleted in the Group-level view, which means I have to delete packages one at a time in each project.

• If so motivated, a user can find and delete a large number of unwanted packages quickly.

Proposal

Add the option to delete Packages in the Group-level Package Registry.

• For a given Group, roles Developers and above, with access to the Project/Group, can delete packages

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

Success looks like we give teams options for deleting many packages at once. We can measure success by understanding how often a package is deleted in the Group-level view vs. the Project-level view.
