Scanner and identifier columns on the group/instance-level dashboards

Implementation Plan

• Adding the scanner and identifier columns to the group/instance-level dashboards (they already exist on the project security dashboard, so they will be quick to add them to the others)
  • group dashboard (turn the columns on, update the tests, and update the documentation)
  • instance dashboard (turn the columns on, update the tests, and update the documentation)
