Remove the `chevron-down` from file list in Web IDE

Problem to solve

We are indicating additional actions on file list items with both a chevron and an eclipse icon. It is not necessary to have both icons.

Proposal

Remove the chevron-down from file list hover, leaving only the ellipsis_v
