Inherit from group UI selector

Description

We implemented the inherit UI selector #218250 (closed), !34742 (merged) coupled to instance-level integrations.

See Designs section for latest proposal.

frontend We need to implement the component ready for instance-level and group-level integrations.

backend We need to pass the right object (@admin_integration) to the frontend. Find the closer group-level integration or the instance-level integration.

Probably we also need something to know if it's instance/group integration, for copy shown to the user/
