Remove VSA duration chart median line

Question from @ekigbo during the Analytics weekly;

I was wondering if we have any insights into the usefulness of the VSA duration chart? Particularly the median line that is calculated?

Summary of the response to the question;

We are not exactly sure what value is being added by this line. As it is a performance and maintenance concern, we can remove it for now and re-implement it at a later stage if need be.
