Cannot cancel creation of new release

Summary

There is a new bug on the New Release page where it's not possible to Cancel creation of a new release.

Steps to reproduce

Try to create a new release (example: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/releases/new) and click Cancel button
