Experiment cleanup: new checkout experience
The following experiment has won over the control. We saw a 2% higher completion rate from users in the experiment group vs the control with a 99% confidence level. This will result in an absolute increase in the checkout conversion rate of ~0.04%.
Work to be completed within this issue:
- Turn experiment on to 100% of traffic so all users get the improved experience
- Clean up experiment code so this becomes a permanent change
