The SAML SSO for GitLab.com groups is confusing as it refers to Premium
Problem to solve
The SAML SSO for GitLab.com groups should only be for gitlab.com which means that any product tier tags should only refer to gitlab.com tiers. The top of the page refers to both Premium and Silver. Having Premium listed on the page makes it appear like it is a self-managed feature.

Proposal
I propose that we make this page for Silver only as it is only for gitlab.com. WE can direct the customer to the appropriate self-managed page. This functionality doesn't work the same way on self-managed so having Premium at the top of the page is confusing and misleading.
