Merge conflict does not show butotn text if "None" code style is selected

Identified in this MR !44168 (merged)

• Set "None" for code style in GitLab's user preference
• Visit the "Resolve Conflicts" page of a MR that has merge conflicts
• The button text for "Use ours" and "Use theirs" can't be seen.
