WikiFindPage: empty Title

GitalyRuby occasionally throws rpc error: code = InvalidArgument desc = WikiFindPage: empty Title errors in WikiFindPage.

These seem to arrive in batches, with high enough volumes that they can trigger alerts.

The downstream Rails request which is leading to this call is /api/:version/projects/:id/events which is a bit surprising. The downstream call recovers from the error.
