Unable to disable some types of notifications

Summary

Unable to disable notifications for following types:

• Milestone changed
• Reminder that issue due in a day or two

Steps to reproduce

Set a due date of the issue couple days in advance. Two days before issue is due, notification is sent. No way to disable.

Set a milestone. Change a milestone. People subscribed to issue will receive milestone change notification.

What is the current bug behavior?

No way to disable notifications, despite that "Issue Due" notification is unchecked.

What is the expected correct behavior?

There should be a way to disable ALL notifications.
