"Discard" button in Web IDE does nothing

Summary

"Discard" button at the top (next to "Stage") simply does nothing when clicked. This means that in case one needs to discard changes through web interface, there is no way to do so. Presumably, it's a regression though not sure in which version.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to a project
• Click "Web IDE" button
• Make changes to a file
• Click "Commit"
• Click "Discard" (next to "Stage") for the edited file

What is the current bug behavior?

The button does nothing. The changes do not get discarded for the file

What is the expected correct behavior?

Changes should be discarded and file should be reverted
