Without a license EE Integrations should not be available at service template, instance-level or group-level

Problem

Some integrations EE: GitHub & Jenkins CI are only available with a license. At the service template, instance-level or group-level should not be visible / accessible without a license.

Note: In the images below, we cannot see GitHub and Jenkins CI integrations at the project-level because they are EE features and the user needs a license for these integrations.
