Settings selector bar placement should span entire width

Problem

When a project is inheriting integration settings from the parent level, the system displays a selector bar. Visually, the expected result of the selector bar should be as follows:

• Placement should be positioned below the integration heading
• Layout of the bar should span across the entire width
• Select option menu should be right aligned
